1. Who we are
Sovereign Systems PBC is a Delaware public benefit corporation based in Detroit. We make Longview. This policy covers our website and our updates list. The Longview app will have its own privacy policy, published before the app launches.
2. What we don't collect
We don't ask about your health on this website. We don't use advertising trackers. Our emails don't track whether you open them or what you click.

Your email address, when you sign up for updates.
Whether you checked the box saying you'd like to help test early versions.
Basic technical information collected automatically. Our website host, Framer, records things like your browser type and the pages you view. When you sign up, our email service, Buttondown, records your IP address to help prevent abuse.
4. How we use it
To email you about Longview: news, when the beta and the app are ready, and offers or discounts from us or from partners we've chosen for our members. If you checked the box, we'll also invite you to test early versions. You can unsubscribe anytime.
5. Who we share it with
Only three companies, each under a contract that limits it to doing this work for us: Framer, which hosts our website; Buttondown, which stores our updates list and sends our emails; and Google, which runs the inbox where your replies and requests arrive.
We never sell your email address or anything that identifies you. We never share your information with data brokers. We never give your email to partners: when we tell you about a partner's offer, it comes from us. We don't use your email to target ads on other websites or apps. If the law ever requires us to hand over your information, we'll tell you, unless the law forbids us from telling you.
6. How we learn what's working
We count how many people reach our website from each place, like a partner's link, a social post, or a search, and how many of them sign up. We only ever get total counts for each place. That tells us how best to reach our customers. The way we count means we can't connect any of it to who you are. We use Framer's built-in analytics, which doesn't use cookies.
If a partner organization's link brought you here, we add one to that partner's signup count. We don't save which link you used with your email, and we never tell a partner who you are.
7. An honest note about this list
Longview is built so that we can't read your health record. Your email address on this list is different: we can see it, because we need it to write to you. Only the people on our team who need it to run the list can see it.
8. How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
9. Your choices
Every email has an unsubscribe link. You can also email privacy@sovereignsystemspbc.com to see, correct, or delete what we have, and we'll respond within 45 days.
10. Age
Longview is for adults 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have, we delete it.
11. Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above. If a change affects how we use your email, we'll tell you first.
