Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
Effective October 26, 2026.
Washington's My Health My Data Act, and similar laws in other states, give you rights over consumer health data. We treat our updates list as covered by these laws, because signing up for a health product can say something about your health. This policy explains what that means here.
1. What consumer health data we collect, and why
The fact that you signed up for updates about a health product, and whether you said you'd like to help test early versions. We collect it only to email you news and offers about Longview and, if you asked, to invite you to test. We don't ask about any health condition, and we don't collect your location.
2. Where it comes from
Only from you, when you fill out our signup form. If a partner organization's link brought you here, we count your signup toward that partner's total, but we don't save which link you used alongside your email.
3. What we share, and with whom
We share it only with the companies that host our website (Framer), store and send our emails (Buttondown), and run our email inbox (Google), so they can do that work for us. We have no affiliates that receive it. We don't sell consumer health data, and we never will.
4. Your consent
When you sign up, you give us permission to collect two things: your email address, and whether you checked the box to help test early versions. We use your email address only to send you news and offers about Longview, and we use your answer to the testing box only to decide whether to invite you to test. We won't use your email address or your testing answer for anything else, or share either one for any other reason, unless you say yes first.
5. Your rights
You can:
Ask whether we have your consumer health data, see it, and get the list of every company we've shared it with.
Withdraw your consent.
Ask us to delete it. We'll delete it from our list and tell the companies we share it with to delete it too.
We'll respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we'll tell you why. We won't treat you differently for using these rights.
6. How to use your rights
Email privacy@sovereignsystemspbc.com. To make sure it's really you, we may email you back at the address you signed up with and ask you to confirm.
7. If we say no
You can appeal. Email privacy@sovereignsystemspbc.com with "Appeal" in the subject line and we'll answer within 45 days, with our reasons in writing. If you disagree with our answer, you can contact the Washington State Attorney General.
